Return Process

  Securely package the tools in their original packaging, ensuring all components and hardware are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; please retain your tracking receipt for confirmation.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects the returned tools for quality assurance, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
