Large Jaw Locking Pliers feature aggressive teeth on both the flat and curved portion of the jaws for gripping parts.
The teeth have the potential to bite into the surface of aluminum squares if you really clamp down, so these are recommended for cast iron squares only.
One great feature of this style plier is that the jaws fit into the openings of even our smaller minion squares but still have a large clamping capacity.
Due to the curved jaw, we have provided two different clamping capacities.
Flat Capacity = 2 -2.5”. The variation is due to the curved contact portion of the bottom jaw.
Round Capacity = 3.25”.
